Meggitt PLC ("Meggitt"), the international aerospace, defence and performance sensors group, is pleased to announce the agreed sale of S-TEC Inc., to Cobham plc for US$38m payable in cash on closing. It is anticipated that the transaction will be completed by 31 December 2007, subject to approval from the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (CFIUS).
