Fly 'Em Better, The Technicians Bench, and Installation Secrets are all regular columns in this newsletter. Here we hope to cover information you won't find in a Service Manual. We want to incorporate knowledge that only comes from skinned knuckles and hours of chasing intermittent gremlins. This is the kind of knowledge that you have more of than we do at the factory, and we want and need your input.

Dealer management, sales, technical and installation personnel are encouraged to submit material for any column in this publication. And you don't have to spend hours writing. We'll do that for you. We'll interview you over the phone, write a draft for your approval and when we go to press you will be given credit in the form of a byline with your name, company affiliation and home town, plus photograph. In addition you will receive an S-TEC Jacket as our way of saying THANKS!
