Returned Goods

We work very hard at S-TEC to process your repairs, exchanges, loaner and rental requests, as well as your warranty claims; and we are very proud of how quickly we process these for you. However, we can do even better with a little help.

  1. Please include the CR number on the shipping label, if one has been assigned. You can find this in the comments section of the Packing List we send you.
  2. If you are submitting a warranty claim, clearly address the claim to the Warranty Administrator. Make these claims separate from other repair or return requests.
  3. Be sure and state completely on the packing list what action you want us to take on the product your send us. Repair, Return for Credit, Loaner Return, Rental Return or Core Return.
  4. Please place the packing list inside the container which holds the product.
If these few steps can be followed, we will be able to process your claims and return your credits even quicker than in the past.
